Admission Process

Admission Procedure

Admission to Alpina Schools & Colleges follows a structured, transparent process designed to ensure the best possible placement for each child. The process comprises four stages:

1. Application

Parents are requested to visit the campus with the prospective student and complete the Admission Application Form.
The form is issued along with the school prospectus at the time of registration. This stage allows families to formally present their application for consideration.

2. Academic Assessment

While the application is being completed, the child undergoes an age-appropriate placement assessment.

  • For Play Group and Nursery (ages 3–4), the assessment is primarily oral and observational, focusing on readiness, communication skills, and social interaction.
  • For higher classes, the assessment evaluates academic readiness in line with the intended class level.

3. Parent & Student Interview

An interview is conducted with the parent(s) and the child to better understand the child’s educational needs and to ensure alignment with the school’s academic culture, expectations, and values.

4. Admission Confirmation

Upon approval of admission, parents are required to:

  • Submit the prescribed documentation
  • Pay the admission fee and a refundable security deposit

Admission is confirmed once all formalities are completed.
