Alpina Schools & Colleges offers a limited number of fee concessions each academic year to support deserving students and families, while ensuring the sustainability and quality of its educational programmes.

Fee concessions may be considered under the following categories:

• Kinship
• Merit-based scholarships
• Financial need (including Zakat-supported cases)
• Orphans
• Hafiz-e-Quran
• Children of school employees
• Children of teachers and educationists
• Children of civil servants
• Children of armed forces and police personnel
• Children of Shuhada (martyrs)

Availability & Application

Fee concessions are subject to limited availability in each class and are subject to availability and eligibility.

Parents are requested to contact the School Office for information regarding:

• Eligibility criteria
• Applicable concession rates
• Seat availability
• Application procedures and documentation requirements

Continuity of Fee Concession

Fee concessions are granted for one academic session only and must be renewed annually.

Continuation is conditional upon satisfactory standards of:

• Academic performance
• Attendance
• Conduct

A concession may be withdrawn if any of the following occur:

• Academic performance below the required standard (Grade C or below in any subject)
• Failure to maintain the mandatory 90% attendance requirement
• Indiscipline resulting in formal disciplinary action
